Local landscaping company hiring a dependable Mowing Crew Leader to lead a 1–3 person crew on
residential and commercial routes.

Ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and keeps the crew on schedule.
Pay: $21–$24/hr., based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities:
 Lead the crew in mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
 Operate zero-turn, stand-on, and walk-behind mowers.
 Drive a truck and trailer between job sites.
 Keep routes on schedule and work up to quality standards.
 Train crew members and promote safe, efficient work.
 Inspect equipment and handle basic maintenance.
Requirements:
 2+ years of mowing or landscaping experience; leadership experience preferred.
 Experience with commercial mowing equipment.
 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
 Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather.
 Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
