Project Manager
Ground Works Land Design is hiring an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Projects Division in the Cleveland area! This role is responsible for overseeing high-end residential and commercial outdoor living projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. We’re looking for a strong leader who communicates well, stays organized, and takes ownership of their projects in the field.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned landscape construction and outdoor living projects
- Supervise foremen and field crews to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
- Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project timelines and updates
- Review plans, job scopes, and change orders
- Assist with estimation process and tasks if needed
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site walks and quality control inspections
- Enforce safety policies and company standards on job sites
- Assist with training and development of crew members
- On-call for snow removal operations during winter months if needed
Qualifications / Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, hardscape, or related construction management
- Prior experience managing crews and job sites
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Comfortable using technology for scheduling, reporting, and communication
- Valid driver’s license, driving record has minimal incidents in last three years
- Spanish language skills a plus
