Snow Plow Sub-Contractor

We are a growing a landscaping company in Mentor, Ohio Area, we looking for a dedicated fertilizer foreman.  You would be responsible for maintaining & enhancing the appearance of our clients’ lawns.  This is a complete hands-on position and requires someone with previous experience.

We are seeking dedicated snow removal subcontractors to join us for 2025-2026 snow and ice season. If you have 5 years of snow plowing experience, your own plow and a desire to earn some extra money this winter give us a call at 330-920-1222.

It is imperative that our sub-contractors understand the importance of timely service in winter weather. Communication is key in our snow removal operations. The sub-contractor  will need to maintain contact with the Snow Route Manager through various methods, like email, texts, or phone calls. This ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding work progress and any specific requirements that may arise during snow events. We will ask that our Sub-contractors login to our LMN software to note the time on the job(s) assigned to them and to ensure that we pay them correctly for their work.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are willing to work in uncommon hours and adapt to winter conditions. Sub-Contractors must be prepared for long hours while dealing with cold and sometimes harsh weather.
