Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role for a landscape manager to lead our maintenance operations. The job entails day-to-day overseeing of our maintenance crews, including planning, dispatching, quality checks, and support. The Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager will also collaborate with the rest of the management team to chart the course of the company, plus complete or appropriately delegate other relevant tasks as needed.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising landscape maintenance/installation crews or equivalent.
· Must maintain a valid American driver’s license and be insurable with our insurance company.
· Must be able to operate most landscape maintenance, construction, and snowplow equipment.
· Basic knowledge of horticulture, such as identification of basic plant material, pruning techniques, and maintenance practices is necessary.
· Must have intermediate or better Spanish speaking skills to communicate with crews and fluent English speaking skills to communicate with clients.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
· Must possess strong leadership and communication skills (both written and verbally).
Benefits & Compensation
· Annual salary between $65,000 and $80,000, depending on experience and capability.

· Two weeks of paid vacation, taken during off-peak periods.
· Health insurance, with the company covering 60% of the premium (following 90 days of service).
· 401k match up to 6%.
· Profit sharing (following one year of service and/or dependent upon federal regulations).
