Duties / Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
• Perform site evaluations and provide estimates to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop and deliver proposals.
• Maintain and manage a CRM database.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications / Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales is required
• Experience in landscaping/hardscaping or related industries is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A self-starter who can work independently with integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A valid driver’s license with minimal points or incidents in the last three years required.
