• On-Call for snow removal during winter hours
• Lead the installation of artificial turf, including:

• Synthetic turf landscapes and lawns
• Custom golf greens
• Pet-friendly artificial turf applications
• Perform tasks such as excavation, ground preparation, base building, and drainage installation.
• Accurately cut, seam, and edge artificial turf to meet project specifications.
• Operate equipment such as excavators, tillers, sod cutters, and motorized plate compactors.
• Use tools such as carpet knives, chisels, and measuring devices to ensure precise installation.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Management team and other departments as needed.
• Analyze and interpret schematic diagrams and blueprints for project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of experience in artificial turf installation is preferred
• Proficiency with equipment and tools used in turf installation.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
