Hardscape Team Member

Are you passionate about creating stunning outdoor spaces? Do you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Hardscape Crew Member to join our dynamic landscaping company.

What You’ll Do:

• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, water features, and other hardscape elements with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate tools and equipment, including saws, compactors, and skid steers, to execute projects efficiently and safely.
• Work closely with team members to bring design plans to life, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in hardscape installation or a related field is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering top-quality results.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
