Lawn Care Production Manager/ Laborer

The Production Manager is responsible for managing and performing all aspects of production and service to the clients. You will maintain a professional attitude while interacting with coworkers and clients. There is opportunity to grow as the company expands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but are NOT limited to:

• Fertilize yards
• Mow and trim yards
• Seed and aerate yards
• Any other miscellaneous production

• Time Management
• Vehicle and Equipment – making sure that the items are in proper working order
• Abide by ODA regulations
• Stock truck and maintain inventory
• Identification of lawn problems
• Perform service calls
• Assist with new client growth
• Perform estimates
• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is going to be riding/walking while treating customer’s lawns.

Qualifications (Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills)

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Previous lawn care experience is preferred, but not required
• MUST be willing to work in various weather conditions
• MUST have valid driver’s license
• MUST be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Mechanical experience a plus
• Zero turn operation (driving riding machinery) experience a plus
• Driving a truck with a trailer experience a plus
